The Site is currently provided in a pre-launch / provisional version and is intended to present Playclub, collect interest and provide limited information prior to the official launch of the platform.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for informational and promotional purposes only prior to the official launch of the Playclub platform. At this stage, the Site may allow users to:
Learn about Playclub and its upcoming services;
Join a waitlist or express interest;
Contact the Playclub team;
Access preliminary content.
No funding, publishing, matchmaking or transactional services are provided through the Site at this stage.
No Offer or Commitment
Nothing on the Site constitutes:
A binding offer to provide services;
A commitment to accept any studio, project, publisher or investor;
Financial, legal or investment advice;
An offer to sell or solicit securities or investments.
Any future services will be subject to separate agreements, terms, and conditions upon official launch.

If you submit any information through the Site (including email addresses, messages or project details):
You confirm that the information is accurate and lawful;
You grant Playclub a non-exclusive right to use such information for communication, evaluation and pre-launch purposes;
You understand that submissions do not create any obligation on Playclub to respond, accept, or enter into a business relationship.
Confidential information should not be submitted through the Site at this stage.
Confidentiality

Playclub commits to:

However, the pre-launch Site does not constitute a secure data room and does not replace a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Users are therefore encouraged not to submit highly sensitive or proprietary information until the official platform launch and/or the execution of appropriate contractual protections.
Availability and Changes
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Playclub may:
Modify or discontinue the Site at any time;
Update content without notice;
Change these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
